All parties require a 50% deposit when you place your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. No checks please.
Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 4 weeks prior to the party. If cancelled less than 4 weeks from the party date, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied against a future party within the next 3 months. If your final headcount is different than what was initially booked, we ask that you call with an update 72 hours before the party, to allow Pure Entertainment time to effectively prepare.
Please, no confetti, streamers, piñatas, or silly string.
No Food, Drink, Goodie bags, decorations, balloons or ice cream cake can be brought to our complex. Pure Entertainment has negotiated amazing pricing with supply vendors to keep cost down when having party at pure. Pure Entertainment must order a contract limit to keep our contract pricing. This also will save you time and frustration of having to do everything. If you want to have a specific color, theme or have a special request we can do for at additional cost. Between $50.00 - $150.00 depending on detail, theme and request.
Do we charge for adults? Open Bounce Admission to our complex for parents is FREE, only if you have a paid child. *2 adults per child* When having a Private Party at Pure Entertainment. The first 6 Adults are Free, after (6) adults we charge $1.00 per adult.
A waiver must be completed for each child attending your party (signed by their parent/legal guardian). No one is allowed in the Bounce Area without a signed waiver. Waivers can be downloaded by clicking here and completed prior to your party, or they can be completed at our facility. We are sorry, but … no waiver, no jumping, no exceptions.
We also require socks for all jumping. If you forget socks, we have them available for purchase in our Merchandise area. Parents and/or chaperones are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
