Does PURE Entertainment have private party rooms?
Yes, your party will have its own Exclusive Party Suite for serving food items, ice cream and a great experience that everyone will remember!

How many guests can I invite to my kids party?
A party room accommodates up to 27 kids and 10 adults. Other adults are welcome to wait or relax in our adult area where they can enjoy Internet, watch television, experience our food/drink menu and talk with other parents.

What if I have more than 24 kids invited?
You will need to provide us with a final headcount 72 hours prior to the party. This will allow us to make any final adjustments to your party package. At this time, the remainder of your balance will be charged in full. Once we have the final headcount and the balance has been charged, packages cannot be altered. No Exceptions

Can I bring my own decorations to my kids party?
PURE Entertainment has theme party options available, at this time we do not allow any outside decorations.

Does PURE Entertainment have balloons?
Yes, we have balloons. Adding balloons will make your party room colorful and festive; you can order these when you are making your reservation. Birthday Kids will receive one free balloon.

Does Pure Entertainment have ice cream?
Yes, we have ice cream. When you place your order please let us know if you want that option. Vanilla, Chocolate or you can mix. Additional Meal deals will include this option.

Can I bring my own food to the Party?
The only food we allow is Birthday Cakes. No Ice Cream Cakes are allowed. However PURE Entertainment does have a great menu of food items you can enjoy when coming to PURE Entertainment and discount food items you can add when having a private event. We do not allow any other outside food and/or beverages.

Who serves the food at my party?
Our event coordinator/party coaches will serve the food and will handle the clean-up unless specified by the host. Please do not forget candles for your cake.

When do I need to place my food order for the Party?
To make sure the party goes perfect and all food served on time, we need final headcount 72 hours in advance. If you need to make adjustments after you have provided the final count, please be aware that there could be delays or additional cost.

Choose your Party Package: 8, 16, or 24 guests
Complete your reservation request by entering your date/time preference and contact information into the registration form. (You can also call or come visit us to reserve a party)
Order your food preferences (pizza, drinks, etc) and don’t forget the additional party options like the kids favorite goodie bags or themed party!!!

*We must have a valid credit card in the host’s name on file. A 50% deposit is required to reserve
your experience. No checks please.

That’s all there is to it. You can leave the rest to us.

If I need to reschedule or cancel my kid’s party can I get a refund on my deposit?Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 4 weeks prior to the party. If cancelled less than 4 weeks from the party date, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards a future party within the next 3 months.

Do you offer Safety Classes?
Yes, we offer Safety Classes each week at our facility. When you have completed this training program you will have a very full understanding of the issues and precautions regarding inflatables which will greatly decrease the likelihood of injuries. Contact us for details.

When will my credit card be charged?
You will need to provide us with a final headcount 72 hours prior to party. This will allow our staff to make final adjustments to your party package. At this time the remainder of your balance will be charge. Remember. There are NO EXCEPTIONS, once we have our final headcount and the balance has been charged, packages cannot be altered. If at the time of the party you have more kids than you final headcount, there will be an additional cost per child.

Do you offer group of discount rates?
Yes we do. We offer a frequent user card that reduces the price off regular admission. This is only available to walk-in customers and does not apply to groups. We also offer group rates for camps, schools, church groups and other large parties. Please contact PURE Entertainment helpful staff for more information.

Do we need socks?
Yes. Don’t worry; if you forgot them we have them available for purchase in our product store.

Can we book a party at the store location in person?
PURE Entertainment encourages you to come and check out our complex anytime. We will take the time and give you a tour and go over different options we offer. The reservationists at the store will assist you in booking your party and ordering food, party bags and balloons.

Can we walk-in anytime?
PURE Entertainment does not restrict having fun, you may come and enjoy the complex 7 days a week. All walk-in singles or family will not have access to the private party rooms, but can enjoy the open attractions and adult areas.

What is the age limit to play of the inflatables?
PURE Entertainment has a great selection of attractions to play on; we offer customized options if you are planning a school, church, company or larger group event. We have options for all ages, most of the attractions will not have an age or weight limit. However, during weekend operations we encourage adults to participate but to mindful of the little ones.

Do you charge for adults?
Open Bounce Admission to our complex for parents is FREE, only if you have a paid child. *2 adults per child* When having a Private Party at Pure Entertainment. The first 6 Adults are Free, after (6) adults we charge $1.00 per adult.

What party packages does PURE Entertainment offer?
We have great options for small parties of 8, 16, 24 and we do have great options for larger events (field trips, fundraising, lock-ins, (school/church) carnivals, after prom, post graduation and after hour events) Please call us for details if you don’t see pricing options. We can customize attractions and parties for large groups.

What should we wear?
Everyone who is going to use the inflatable attractions is required to wear socks. No clothing with multiple exposed zippers, No large belt buckles, No Jewelry, watches or large rings. All hair ties should be soft in nature as any of these items can rip and tear the inflatable’s and therefore are not allowed.

What is not allowed?
Silly string, Confetti, Poppers, Streamers, Etc…., these items are too difficult to clean and have a high tendency to go into other party areas. We will have an extra charge for clean-up, so please be aware of the $75.00 fee.
