All parties require a 50% deposit when you place your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. No checks please.
Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 4 weeks prior to the party. If cancelled less than 4 weeks from the party date, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied against a future party within the next 3 months.
If your final headcount is different than what was initially booked, we ask that you call with an update 72 hours before the party, to allow PURE Entertainment time to effectively prepare.
Please, no confetti, streamers, piñatas, or silly string.
We require socks for all jumping. If you forget socks, we have them available for purchase in our Merchandise area.
Special Policies for Multi-Purpose Complex Reservations including Weddings
Due to the fact that we reserve the entire complex for your wedding, special policies apply to our Wedding Reservations.

Requirements for reserving our Multipurpose Complex:
• Pure Entertainment does charge a onetime fee to change out attractions of: $300.00
• 50 people minimum guests required
• 50% deposit required upon contract
• 72 hour confirmed minimum number required. This will be the minimum cost for your event.
• Additional guest will be charged depending on the package purchased
• After Hours Program is only offered after 6:30pm weekend and weekdays.
